2. Permitted Use

ClearSound provides free, non-exclusive access to browser-based audio tools for personal, non-commercial device testing and acoustic cleaning. You may not scrape, frame, or mirror software code without authorization.

3. Intellectual Property

All original code, design assets, branding, and text content on ClearSound are the property of ClearSound. All third-party brand references (Apple, Samsung, Google, Xiaomi, Dell) belong to their respective trademark holders and are used solely for descriptive compatibility identification.

4. Limitation of Liability

ClearSound tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall ClearSound be liable for any direct or indirect hardware damages resulting from improper device volume levels.
